Information about Arizona's IDEA Conference
The theme for Arizona's 2025 IDEA Conference is Access Cultivates Opportunity. This cross-stakeholder event is intended for special education administrative staff, youth and young adults with disabilities, family members and caregivers, state agency staff, educators, service providers, and community members committed to student success. The event will feature numerous professional learning opportunities, including IDEA legal issues, instructional practices, national trends and hot topics, special education compliance, preschool and secondary transition, and content for related service providers.

Vendor/Exhibitor Package Options

1. Vendor Registration with electricity
  • Registration Fee: $1,400.00
  • Includes:
    • One 8 ft. x 2 ½ ft. covered table
    • Access to electricity: ideal for vendors who require electrical outlets for their displays or equipment
    • Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks for each individual each day (up to 2 people)
    • Parking validation for each individual each day (up to 2 people)
    • Vendor/Exhibitor information in the digital conference brochure (Guidebook*)
2. Vendor Registration without electricity
  • Registration Fee: $825.00
  • Includes:
    • One 8 ft. x 2 ½ ft. covered table
    • Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks for each individual each day (up to 2 people)
    • Parking validation for each individual each day (up to 2 people)
    • Vendor/Exhibitor information in the digital conference brochure (Guidebook*)
Note about Guidebook: Vendors will be required to submit accessible content that will be uploaded to digital conference brochure: Guidebook. Vendor/Exhibitor information will be available to conference attendees for at least 6 months following the conference.
